I love yoga and can't always go to the studio. I have totally looked at this series wondering if it would help me get better at doing it at home. My biggest concern was that she would be annoying (like most fitness instructors in these things are) but I think you may have convinced me to give it a shot.

Oh I love her, she's so chill and funny too at times. She has a newer one called Yoga Camp too but a friend says it's more difficult. Not ready for that yet. I love how they are big on encouraging you to do what you feel you need to be doing at the moment. I've had to adapt a bit at first and it's nice knowing... that's totally okay. It's more than just working out.
I did a little (very little) long ago enough to have been watching it from a VHS. However, it's how I found Dead Can Dance. Man, the music in that workout was killer and they were on a white sandy beach. Mmmm. Anyhoo, I wound up adopting DCD into my playlists forever and ditched the yoga. I prefer Tai Chi (I like motion), but again, haven't touched any in a realllllyyyy long time. I keep meaning to, though. I really liked it. These days, I just do a few mins of stretching followed by some belly dance drills. I find belly dancing is a much better workout and "mind reset" for me. Shocker, lol.
I love her. Someone recommended her lower back video after I pulled a muscle a few months ago and it worked really well. I gotta start following her again.
