I think less is more with asparagus. We usually brush with some olive oil and roast it in the oven, then just add a little salt/pepper.
I love it, plus, you only have to plant it once and it comes back year after year. Wrapped in bacon is awesome!!

Did you update to the latest version? I messaged the creator about a bug regarding the includelist highlighting and new hit highlighting where one would override the other from working.

My hitscraper is 4.0.058 which fixed my includelist issue. If you still have a problem, you should message him about it.
I felt the same way, but a place up the street used to serve deep fried asparagus, and then I realized that it wasn't so bad. I'm guessing that wrapping it bacon has the same effect. But yeah, that was the gateway for me, and now I eat the stuff plain. You could wrap just about anything in bacon or deep fry it, and I'd probably eat it.
