It only happens in specific instances. One that I know of is clicking the thread title from the main forum page that lists all the threads. The other is when you post and it ends up on a new page. So, if you manually delete the #post3271945371 part of the address after that and refresh, it won't keep sending you to the same post (until one of the two things I mentioned happens again, clicking into the thread from the main forum page or posting and having it go on a new page).
