Amazon keeps making $0.00 charges to my bank account. At the start of the week there was a banner that my account was verified. What is going on?
I haven't had to verify my bank again, yet! I'm dreading it already though. Has anyone figured out why they decided to do this, is it random or a definite thing and my time is coming?
All I figure is that Amazon is an organizational clusterfuck and doesn't know how to implement changes to Payments without causing a massive headache to many of its customers. Luckily for me I was able to get my account re-verified without any problems(so far) within 12 hours of faxing them a statement, so at least they're not being totally worthless when it comes to fixing the problems they've caused. Also for what's it worth, this is the response they sent me after I sent them an e-mail: Hello, I'm sorry to hear your bank account verification failed.
