Hi, Is anyone else facing a delay in receipt of the conversion e-mail after withdrawal. Normally I receive the mail on the third day after the withdrawal request, but this week it's already been 5 days. Anyone else facing this issue
Some Technical error in their server. Yes. Me too facing delay. My friend got conversion mail after 8 days. There might be some technical issue. We will get soon.
This means workers in India are getting double screwed--- first by the postal department who take their own time in delivering mail and secondly now, by Amazon who are delaying dispatching the checks. At this rate we will land up receiving only one check a month. Absolutely disgusting :smash:
Got cheque without conversion rate mail One of my friend got the cheque today . He made withdraw 14 days ago, He didn't get any conversion rate e-mail . But got the cheque. I don't know whom to blame... Those who are getting are still getting. other side delayed are still delayed .......... OMG
Amazon customer care also has not bothered to reply to my complaints. If I don't get paid, I'm gonna tell Modi to kick Amazon.in out of India
Happy news I made a withdraw last week tuesday (8th july), I still didn't get any conversion rate email. but for my surprise i got the cheque today. My friend also got today. Hope you all may get within saturday.
Check received without getting conversion mail Any other Indian workers like Surya who have received their rupee checks without receiving the conversion mail, please mention it on this thread. If a lot of workers are receiving their checks without the conversion mail, it implies amazon has stopped sending conversion mails.
Last time I got conversion mail on friday and next day I Got the cheque too. I requested a withdraw on 12th july still now no conversion mail ....
If any one got conversion mail kindly please inform in forum...this is important to each and every indian...
Customer Care has no answers to this issue A week back I had written to customer care about this issue and received this revert: "We have not yet received feedback on the escalation or the rupee check issue being resolved from our developers who are investigating this issue and working toward a resolution. I have kept this case open and update you once a fix has been implemented" In short even they don't have a clue what the technical issue is.
