They will reissue the cheque for sure It is all about luck I must say How can you make sure that the same problem won't be there again?
I am from calicut and this is my sixth cheque i am withdrawing.Ithu vare oru kuzhappavum illayirunnu .I dont know what happened to mturk team i am just dropping this work .I also put withdrawal request on 14 of may and they havent even send the conversion mail yet.where is your place in kerala and are u a malayalee or a north indian?.i am a tamilian settled in calicut

Nothing has happened to Amazon Mturk team. They are as good as ever. You just wait for 3 working days for them to send you the conversion rate. The delay in cheques was because of elections because I received cheques immediately after the conclusion of elections. This is the only time when I am faced with such a long delay in years. I don't think this is a big enough reason to stop working on Mturk but of course, it's entirely up to you. And also, I think this is an English forum, so please stop using other languages.
I also believe in Mturk.I know that they are genuine. I am waiting desperately for days. I also hope for the best.I think the cheque might arrive on monday... :rolleyes: Sorry for using other regional language.
One of my cheques was lost in mail recently. It was converted on the 3rd of April. I had contacted Mturk team about issue and they wrote back today that my cheque will be reissued in seven business days.

Yes, that's exactly what I received. The process for reissuing the cheque has gotta be the same for everyone.
Me too expecting Monday. I got conversion mail may 1. Still didnt get cheque, All my friends who got conversion mail on April 30, got cheque saturday, So i expect my cheque monday.
on may 15 i got my conversion mail. and today(may 19) i received my cheque...i never received cheque this much faster.
I am Soumya from kerala. I have one cheque dated on april 3rd 2014. now more than 6 weeks over. i have not yet received the cheque. This is the first time i am facing this type of problem
Send Re-issue mail My cheque dated Apr 3 reached me in 9 days. But problem for me is cheque dated May 1.(withdrew on April 28). Every 1 having problem in April withdraw. But in different date. I am expecting another cheque dated May 15. I will update here after getting.

Wow, it's been almost a week and you have not received the expected mail. It's really kind of strange because it has never taken me or anyone I know, more than 3 working days. You actually get mail on the 4th day but that's because of time zone difference. It just takes them three days. So, your situation is really different but I suggest you to wait a few more days, as they say, it takes them up to seven business days to send the cheque. And, I can't understand by your post about what's been one month? If you are waiting for a cheque, then you gotta wait for 45 days, man. I have had only one of my cheques lost in over 20 cheques I have got and I am sure they are gonna be sending it asap. You need to send them an email and then they will reissue the cheque. It's nothing to worry about since many of us lost their cheques during the elections.
I also have the same problem with two of my cheques dated on 04th and 26th of April. Not yet received both of them. I am bit tensed now. I have requested a reissue for the first cheque and they have sent an email stating that the same amount is being withdrawn and the reissue will be processed soon. But I am loosing faith on Amazon as two of my cheques were lost. I used to receive the cheques with in a week of the confirmation email. I am also from kerala.
If Amazon wanted to not give you your money, they wouldn't even allow you to transfer mturk balance to Amazon.com gift certificate.
from tamil nadu...normally it would take atleast 15 days for me..only this time i received it within 5 days...am surprised too..really wonder how the postal department is functioning...
