Sorry if you really think that you need to have a better sense of world affairs. American leaders are in no way the most corrupt leaders in the world. Not to say they aren't corrupt as fuck but you are putting them against people like Marcos who embezzled literally billions of dollars from the country after declaring martial law. He then killed political opponents and when the country united against him he held an election which he rigged to win. Hell even now the Philippines is more corrupt then the US. This is just one example and while one of the worse there are other people who belong in the big leagues like Duvalier.
