Occasionally, tags that others added will show on a map. Now, if your tags are showing up over and over on new pics, there's a problem I'd imagine. Clear cache, allow cookies, restart computer, try another browser. And there's no way to untag.

 

I'm not trying to be rude, but you realize you actually have to click on the item you're tagging right? Like the actual ship? So, the tag shouldn't be carrying on to the next picture unless the pictures are linked together.

 

Yes, I am clicking on the item. Even after clicking on the item in question, it takes me to another map, where the boat option is tagged and all I have to do is click on the map, to tag a boat. I'll try clearing my cookies, and stuff. Thank you for the help!

 

The "tagging option" doesn't go away, it will stay on your latest chosen "option" between maps.

If the circles from your tags are remaining, that might indicate a problem, but if it's just the "tagging tool" that's selected, that's fine and normal as far as I can tell. Just remember to switch when you have to tag something different.

 

I love it when the descriptions say it's a short survey. Then you read on and it say approximately 20 minutes. Haha! Nope! Short survey my ass.
