    I would ALWAYS mentions accidental rejections, just so people are warned. But overturning it is a very good sign of communication and a requester that plans to stick around.

    Keep in mind; it's all subjective. If you feel they didn't communicate properly by not emailing, you should also indicate that. It's all up to the worker.
