I'd do it since the university I was at taught us how to comment code properly...though I would usually get one point off for not including enough comments sometimes, and sometimes they say I put too much :S
I never comment anything ever when I write code (aside from commenting out bits of code)...But that's only because it's assumed that I'm going to be the only person reading it since I don't do it professionally.
Yeah that's fine The graders were strict on comments when I took intro to Java... half the assignment points were based off it.
TO's kind of bad. Seems to be rejection happy. I did his first few batches like this when he started posting them. Got the qualification, did 18 of the .10 ones with one rejection. Emailed him, never got a response back on the reason. His thread has information of the supposed reasons behind the rejections for this particular HIT type.
