Well, I made a small beany burrito and had a can of Chunky soup. Because of my unbalanced lunch, I decided to make the soup a very healthy one.

also drinking, moderately with forethought, isn't so bad. For me anyway, drinking slows the brain down enough so that instead of having 6-8 thoughts at once I'm only having two, which every so often is amusingly novel.
