I have been choosing 1 and 0 if you really cannot tell if a minor was involved,like if there is no image or voice,then I choose the language,in the case there is no speech i put "unknown" in the other box,then of course just a small description of the vid in the last box.

 

Yeah I have been getting a kick out of vine videos all day long. Except for one that pops up every few hours of elementary kid simulating raping a little girl on the playground. Makes me want to find his mother and bitch slap her.
