Same survey, same requester- no, never repeatable (unless they say you can do multiple ones). It wouldn't hurt to take a peak, maybe they do consumer surveys about a variety of products and this might be different even if it's named the same.

So what would the best way to go about getting from 1k hits to 5k. 1k just kinda happened; but 5k seems like I need to sit down and do Oscars for like 6 hours straight. I have problems doing big batches for numbers; if the pay is like half min wage.

At 2.5k, crank Readabl's (250-300+ HITs/hour). No real rush to get to 5k but you'll probably miss out on some HITs. You should factor in the lost potential earnings vs. lower pay compared to just doing surveys or whatever.
