Used an embroidery hoop at the hood of the hoodie to keep it perfectly circular. Then added two of these:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E6GLWGE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Hooked up 2 9V batteries and viola! (PSA: soldering things that freaking small is a bitch. Do not recommend!) EDIT: Here's the instructable for anyone wanting to make it. There's still plenty of time! Ended up being less than $40 for both girls' costumes. Got the 9v batteries in two packs at the dollar tree for a buck. My daughter loves it too!! I'm going to have to revisit it because I can't have cauliflower anymore It was a texture thing but maybe I can get used to it. It would be awesome to be able to have fried "rice" again!!
