So I have satellite internet at home, I've had it for over a decade. I'm grandfathered in on an unlimited data plan with no throttling that they don't offer anymore. Their current plans are COMPLETE crap.. Like 10G/$50, 25G/$85.. I just got an email from them saying that if I didn't select a new plan they were going to cancel my service.
That really sucks, I'm sorry! I used to have Wildblue/Exede and trying to turk with it was miserable after I would hit my data cap. Moved into the city limits, now I have internet through Cox. I still miss living out in the sticks though, haha!
