About the repetitive questions you have to realize some of the things the social sciences are interested in which is trends. Doing a single trend can give you one point of datum which is obviously not enough to establish any sort of trend hence the researches need to conduct the studies multiple times over long periods of time to see how it changes over time or possibly how it is changing with current events. I mean in math you obviously wouldn't use the same technique on the same problem since either it worked and the theorem is proved and you are done or it didn't and it never will, by technique I am referring to the exact same set of steps obviously when doing estimations you often do use same technique to get more refined measures. Other then that though you repeat experiments in basically every field to make sure the original data collected was accurate.

That happened to me a few times, pre-master. It's almost as if the system had a hiccup of some sort and forget to captcha me. I did like 70 in a row without a captcha lol Yep, that can happen -- but rarely.
