Anything CF has on offer that's decent is overshadowed by the garbage, including the perpetual "sorry, there's no more work available" message. To each their own, but for me, blocking works.
lol yeah two out of the three rejects I have are from enter submits. You'd think I'd learn but nope here comes reject number 4. Makes me feel a bit better that others do dopey stuff like this too though.

Requesters can set their HITs up so that pressing the Enter key won't submit and maybe they don't know that. I'd say it's worth sending a quick note to the requester. Not that it will preempt a rejection this time, but so they will know for the next time they post work.
