This is really late but incase you didn't get an answer the most common reason that crowdsurf will reject you is because you didn't do the transcription Verbatim. IMHO they aren't exactly crystal clear about wanting every single word in their transcriptions. AKA all the uh's and um's etc. Also following their guidelines is important. OK is not OK, it's okay unless in specific instances. Which is the opposite of companies like CastingWords. Also missing number guidelines is common. Anyhow, rack up enough of those mistakes and you'll get a rejection. Also if you aren't doing them with headphones you're most likely missing words. Get a pair of earbuds at very least if you can't get a pair of quality headphones. I use some active noise canceling headphones but I do a fair amount of transcription when I'm not feeling lazy. I got a few of my rejections from crowdsurf early on so I'm speaking from experience. Now I do a fair amount of review work for them and transcribe when it's slow and it's available.
