Can't Find Good HITs? 9/16

Hey Y'all!

New day! New money!

Only around 129k HITs on mTurk this morning so it's gonna be work! However, several made decent money yesterday even if they didn't hit $25.oo.

Today's arbitrary goal is again $25.oo so let's "Go Make That Money!!!

As usual we are looking for HITs that pay at least $0.10 per minute or $6.oo per hour unless they are good batch HITs.

Weekends are tough so some digging is required. PM, email or AIM me if you want some tips on digging for HITs.

Ah I see. Yeah there is definitely a problem with it. The hit is there for me, but when I tried to accept it it gives me an Internal Error.

No there aren't. You're not going to find them often on Sundays.

 

Ugh, I need to stick with the batch hits and get up to 1k. It's only my 11th day, though.

 

Weekends are definitely survey days, I wouldn't even worry about trying too hard to get to 1000 right now. There really aren't any batches worth doing now, which isn't uncommon for a Sunday. I'd do surveys today whenever you can to at least make some money. You'll likely find better batches to work Monday-Friday. Just don't work for that thief Oscar Smith

 

I've been grinding out the $.01 redwood hits. I kind of like it. I'm hitting up any of the new surveys I can as well. I'm excepting about $10 today, I think I'll be able to get that. Sitting at $2.36 at the moment.

But! He does pay and for someone trying to fix their approval % or get their numbers up this is one way to do it. I find it hard to bash the Oscar Smith HITs. But, it is slave labor and it appears it is mostly the Indian workers that enjoy his work. Take from that what you will...

 

Yeah... I always advise against Oscar even for the purpose of improving approval %. I hate seeing people get taken advantage of, and that's what he's all about. I'd recommend Redwood or even Catalog Choice if it's solely for the purpose of improving numbers. At least you won't be spending almost 2 minutes trying to earn 2 cents.
