Your JS will give that error sometimes. Right click reload frame, or if you accepted multiple HITs of his click on another in your queue. Repeat until you find one that works. Don't return any HITs of his unless you want to potentially be locked out from doing any more for the duration of the timer on the HIT after you return it. Also, Project Endor/John Smith/Sergey/Viral all connected. Return any from those groups and they usually affect each other/won't let you do another from any of the related batches until the duration of the timer on the HIT that you returned has passed after returning it. Not always, but much of the time.

Return all of them. Try again in 30 minutes if they are still up, don't accept anymore of them. After 30 mins after you returned the last one, the one you accept should work Unless you meant the App annotations, wait 10 mins on those the timer is shorter
Finished 92 HITS today on and off. (still in my 10 period) Projected is $21.35 for today. close to hitting 500 hits accepted. Will that unlock any new hits for me?
