You can search for their requester name: AR - WA and see what HITs they're reviewing. Their review HITs have the same name as the regular HIT, if that makes sense.
They're just Amazon's mturk employees, right? That's always been my assumption, but I honestly have no clue.

Done 65 VQs and all approved already. That's the quickest I've seen them approve before, usually it takes at least 24h, at least IME.
