Can't Find A Satisfactory Amount of HITs? 2/12 Thriving Thursday!

I have masters! I've had it for over 2 years now. I've been turking for over 4 years now. But yeah I was in a very bad mood. I just went through his survey and the problems were very thought-provoking for nothing. I don't know about you but my time isn't free. Not trying to be mean or anything but he should have known 15 minutes was not enough time to finish that sort of hit.

 

I got so irritated I just submitted and risked a rejection.

It was approved. Wonder how many others did that.

I tried every time at the top of the hour for 13 hours.

Wouldn't risk submitting now though.

Oh absolutely. You're good, I've been PISSED over hits before. I always force myself to cool down. I'm sure that message you sent isn't an indication of your overall mood

 

My reaction when people whine about harassment on here:

 

Normally I'm nice to Requesters. I've actually notified quite a few when I've noticed a problem within a survey. I've even gotten bonuses at different times for doing so. Three years ago I got a $100 bonus for finding an error within a survey. That is the biggest bonus I've received. Very nice though. I try to remain friendly but sometimes you can get your fill of it. I know some are new to all this and I understand that. It's just tiring when you see it time and time again. But that is the life of a Turker.

I've hit my projected earnings for the day but I have some things in my Que I got to finish. I think I will keep on turking.

 

I keep WAITING for people to harass me with nudie selfies, but my inbox just seems to be BARE...

Any other Turkers doing John Smith hits? His pages have not been loading for me for about an hour now. I know it's not because I've done too many today. I've barely done any, but there's over 300 sitting there for the pickings. I think he has an error. It won't load on my Dell, my iPad, nor my HP. hmmm..

Try a different browser. Clear all the cookies on that browser. Maybe that'll clear it up. Usually works for me.

 

I don't usually do more than a few ProductRnRs unless I'm desperate and I don't use scripts to do them.

Out of curiosity due to people losing quals I did a small test. Completed five .07 tonight, each around 1.5-2 minutes while watching hockey, and my spam score went from 5 to 7. Just FYI if anyone is interested in those still.

 

Don't know anything about this guy, has a few similar hits up. I don't do much writing hits so I have no clue if the pay is good. Seems to require research.

Yeah something is really wrong with their system, if you do them too fast at times your score goes up, but other times if you do them too slow it goes up as well, I have been battle-ling them since that big batch last nite with the quals, so after every 10 I go check the scores and adjust my speeds as needed. real pain in the ass.

Also, I never communicate with requesters -- not even to get rejections overturned -- and somehow the Amazon God's have gifted me with Masters.

If we get, say, a pair of glasses, do we list that as "1 count" or just information unavailable? I'm assuming it's information unavailable since they don't have to designate how many there are if there is simply just one.

 

I was not aware of the spam score, I have been working on these and my spam score is 11, they allow up to 13. Are you saying if I don't do them for a few days my spam score will go down?

My problem may be that I'm too slow.

 

If it were me I'd stop doing them since so many people have had problems with the spam score being volatile all of a sudden and people losing the qual.

I have no idea how their system normally works, let alone how it's functioning the last two days.

 

I did about 50 RnR's the other day, and I spent a lot less than a minute on each because I used a script, and my spam score is still at 0.
