I figured that's where he was going, but seriously, is it so hard to understand the allure of doing something enjoyable and making money at it? If I wanted to rack up the dollars, I'd do actual work (which I already do 4 days a week at my job, and a bit on my days off on MTurk). The amount of venom that get's spitted at a requester that pays us to rate jokes is mind-boggling to me...
That's a reasonable way of looking at it -- although I will say that the workers we do get are, with few exceptions, doing very good work. We're really happy with the mturk community; despite occasional scammers, most mturk workers are honest, do awesome work, and give us valuable insights into our content. Which is why we keep coming back with more funnies for y'all -- and why the content is getting better over time!
