Yeah, well, for me it's a daily occurrance. Especially the last three or four days. Saturday was especially bad and I ended up with a really crappy day because of it. (I know I can't sue; I'm just venting.)
I have health insurance, but if you don't make enough to file a tax return, or make less than 138% of poverty line but can't qualify for Medicaid, you won't have to pay the penalty. You would have a hardship exemption. You may qualify for Medicaid if your state expanded it. Hopefully you won't get sick and you will get health coverage next year, with subsidies from the Marketplace if you're still poor.
I live in California.. Never had Healthcare ever (construction moron) and they just sent me a thing in the mail (a card) said go get em' buddy...But I am still too stupid to go get a checkup or anything...
Oh.. And about beer mind dagger.. When I first started turking I just used amazon for my earnings...(did not set up a bank acc.) and was so frustrated at the lack of alcohol I started ordering beer kits to make my own beer. Of course I was pretty upset when 4 weeks into the process I discovered my home made beer was only 3.2 abv.

Long overdue. So glad I Iive where I do. I'm on Medicare (disabled) and I recently found out by chance that the Medicaid expansion program part of the ACA makes it so my Medicare premium (around $110.00 a month) is picked up by my state and that it will also take care of any co-pays. That makes a huge difference for me and makes me feel like I can actually go to the doctor once in awhile.
