    Dear Turkers,

My name is Skulthai Laohapiengsak and I am a new requester on MTurk. It was nice to meet everyone here.

I have a study on employee voice which I would truly appreciate it if turkers (with job experiences especially in financial and banking) could kindly help me with the study for my dissertation.

I look forward to receiving responses from you

    Best regards,
    Skulthai Laohapiengsak

    Good moring Skulthai.

If I may, could I please pass on some advice?

For 10-12 minutes, most masters won't touch your work for only $0.75. It's the standard qualification, and I know that Amazon mTurk pushes it, but it's because they get a larger percentage. I would say if you really want to use masters, to up the pay significantly. With that qualification, on average, most masters work for between $10-$12 an hour. So the pay should reflect that ($1.20-$1.50).

That is if you're really determined to get your work completed quickly and thoroughly. If you're using the master qualification as a way to limit your data to be from workers with good work, you can limit what you receive through other means outside of the masters qualification, and insure your work gets done well. I would suggest taking off masters qualification, and limit your qualified workers to more than 5,000 approved hits, with an approval rating higher than 98%. This will limit your working pool to the same qualifications that are looked at when Amazon mTurk hands out masters qualification. Also, most non-masters look for work that's .10/a minute. I think your work would get completed very quickly with a pay rate of $1 if the masters qual was removed.

    I hope this helped!
