If you are signed into Google then click File -> Make a copy... -> OK.
If you want to open it up in Excel then click File -> Download As -> Microsoft Excel
(or select whatever you want to open it in)
Either way it will keep its features.

Features:

• Averages, minumum, and maximum functions on 100-102th cell for money and time taken for approval and a totals function on cell 103th for money.
• All cells in the money column are auto formatted to U.S. $$ Currency.

Extra Notes:

• Will add more to it later, this is just a basic version.
