Thats because there is no claim code the balence is transfered to your gift card account for the specific reason to keep people from selling them for cash.
NO YOU CAN'T because the money in Amazon payments DOES NOT GO ON A GIFT CARD! It goes DIRECTLY into your account balance, which cannot be transferred and you cannot sell Amazon accounts! People please be smart enough to know that you cannot do this simply because Amazon has put a stop in place to keep it from happening!
