i am not a vegetarian basically but due to the weight problems now a days i am taking only boiled vegetables and some Chinese foods.
I am being forced to give up gluten, sugars, and dairy, since I can't digest meat yet. I am a juicing vegan lately this is the only thing I can do to keep hydrated with Gastroparesis. I don't go to a typical doctor! I gave him 5 months of my life and traditional medicine had me at death's doorstep! I am now living the maximized living health style! I love my new doctor. I am off all of the GI's medications!
