I am not getting the payment since 21/01/2013. The details of my withdrawal request are given below. Anyone can please help? it's 11/8/2013 and still no sign of the cheque. This is my 1st cheque. Should i ask for the reissue? or wait for few more days!

Hello Rahul, I request to withdrawl on July29th and get conversion mail on August 1st and receive the cheque on 5th August. I generally receive cheques in time (in 10 to 12 days) except there are some holidays in India or in Singapore. I make friend with my area post man giving small tips and a little smile every time I met him. This may be the reason. I don't think there would be any delay in MTURK.
Hello animes03, What happened at last? Do you receive all your cheques? Better check with your postal address whether you are receiving mails properly and to make a test just post a mail yourself to your address from some where in your near by town. I don't think there would be any delay happen in mturk. It should happen only in our old worst Indian postal department.
Hi Banu, Still now, I have not got the checks. I have again got the conversion mails of 4 checks on 13/08/2013. Now I have to wait for few days for the mail. However, I faced the same incident in the last year also. Amazon cleared all my dues within October in the last year. Therefore, I did not loose the patience.
Sathir, I think it is not the fault of the postal department. It is the internal problem of Amazon Mturk.
Problem is purely with SINGAPORE POST SERVICE - Indian POST Every one who gets cheque after delay should see the envelope of the cheque. There will be the SINGAPORE POST seal and date when they delivered it to India. In most cases it wont be the same date when u got dollar rate mail. For example , last check i got dollar mail on August 8.. It means my chek is granted to be delivered by mturk on 8th August. But when i got the cheque the SINGAPORE POST seal was dated Aug 12. So singapore post office delayed 4 days even after mturk sent mail. And i got cheque on Aug 17.. If they have sent on Aug 8, i should have received cheque on Aug 12. Airmail takes only 2 days for Singapore to Chennai.. My friend works in Airmail .
Thank your animes03 for your reply. Really I can't point out where the issue was lying in your case. But, what I think is if we didn't receive the cheque and request again to Mturk, they have to process again the same work which may be tedious for them to do. To solve all these issues, they have to find some other payment way like making credit to our bank account directly through electronic mode which the error can be minimized. Now, they have launched Amazon shop in India and the payment policy may get change and I pray not to give gift certificate for payments.
