10 minutes for 40 cents? Anything less than 10 cents per minute is slave wages. Even that is below minimum wage. If do not have the funds to properly pay a fair rate I suggest you condensed the survey down so you can pay fair rate.
You have your HIT set up so that only people with an approval rating of exactly 95% can do your HIT. Perhaps you mean greater than 95%?
