Amazon is not the employer. They specifically outline in the workers agreement that they are not accountable for what happens between you and requesters. That would be a waste of money this newly unemployed individual doesn't have. I suggest the "victim" spends less time making new posts every day about the horrible plight he/she is in and start looking for new work. They have clearly admitted to substandard performance and have even been manually reviewed. Yeah, the requester fucked up, but they have been spending time and money manually reviewing work. Some people have been reversed. Not this person, because the didn't deserve it.
Like a Chinese old saying that "You can't twist one's thigh with your arm."And they got really strong thigh
Regardless of what happens to the account, Amazon will get paid by the requester when the HITs auto approve. Amazon has no right to keep the worker's portion of amount paid. I seem to recall something about forfeiting my earnings if I engaged in fraudulent activities of a criminal nature, but not for inferior performance. If someone has the patience to go through the Terms of Service, and find the specific clause that applies in this situation, it would keep the discussion on track.
In what position you can assume that I am a scammer?Just according to my pathetic and stupid humble underestimate for claiming a so so so low rate of 60%. If I were a scammer,I woundn't be here to insult myself.
For once, hun, I didn't even use the "S" word! I never said you were a scammer. I don't believe you are a scammer. I believe you did the HITs incorrectly and still expect to be paid. I believe when you started feeling not 100% sure on their HITs, you should have taken a break to see if the work you HAD done was approved before going ballz to the wall. I believe, after seeing how you labeled lamps, that you deserve your rejections. You made your bed and unfortunately, now you have to lie in it.
I don't know there is right answer for a subjective qustion!Really? You think what I do here just for his money??? the $7.5???? In a lucky day I can earn hundred dollars,I really didn't give a care about the money,What I upset is his way of solving problems.
I have personally never ever heard of a lamp being in the kitchen or in a bathroom. How many of you have a lamp in your bathroom or kitchen? This is why you got the rejection. Find your mistakes and say would I really put a lamp in the kitchen or in the bathroom. This sounds like a common sense type of HIT, not too hard and not too easy. It's a reason of deduction. Ugh.
my grandmother had a lamp in her kitchen, nobody knew why because there was an overhead light but we didn't question her choices... it really wasn't a reason of deduction though, the HIT was very subjective. Maybe you should have seen the HIT before making that judgement?
The HIT was fucked six ways from Sunday. That should have been your first clue. They wanted you to choose 2 answers, but radio buttons only allow you to choose one. So yes, it was meant to be subjective, and even to have a backup. But it was coded incorrectly. You should have RAN.
Since noone else is going to say it, How the fuck did he do 7000 of them legitly. I'm thinking he used some sort of automated program to do them.
super highly focused motivated workers (not to say we're not all motivated) will sit and do a ton of batch HITs, these HITs took about 2 seconds each...it's possible
