idk that 'other' forum looks pretty dead too. Did mturk just die off or something?

I mean I have masters and I made probably $5 a day on it. I remember I used to make $50-$100 a day before the amazon fee hike a little over a year ago. Then I barely could crack $10-$15 days, even with masters so I ended up just getting a legit job. Now I probably spend an hour a day on mturk and am happy for some extra gas money but seeing the state of the forums now makes me think mturk in general just died off.

 

I don't think it's "died off". I make a decent amount every day. Part is master's and part is qual'd stuff. My experience with forums is that there is always an exodus every year. People's lives change and they move on for whatever reason.

 

The regulars from here didn't go to any of the other forums.

Mturk itself isn't as profitable as it was but it's still perfectly healthy. Even taking away qualled stuff, I'm easily making $30-$40/day just plugging away during downtime at work and a couple of hours at night. I'm still not sure if you're being way too picky, or what.

They almost managed to ask the OBVIOUS stuff this time. The things that don't change, or are unlikely to change. Then they had to go ask about smoking and income and stuff.

Anyhow, annoying as these things are, you may as well do them. Nobody puts up surveys for "left handed people, ambidextrous people, or those who refused to answer the questions on general principle".

 

Well it doesn't help that my scraper broke and I don't know how to fix it. It gives me invalid URL when I click accept button.
