I'm still pretty slow so I'm not sure I need to worry about the 20 second thing just yet, but I'm sure the categories become more natural after a few hundred of them. Good to know that it comes in waves too. Thanks!
I'm a strong advocate of cooking a ham and a turkey. That way I can have the best of both worlds - ham for Thanksgiving dinner and turkey sandwiches the next day.
You just haven't had any that was braised and seasoned correctly. Turkey will pretty much absorb whatever flavor you inject into it and stuff in it.
I've had tons of turkeys over the years from different cooks and rrstaurants on Thanksgiving, there must be some reason people only cooked it once per year. Part sarcasm but I don't get the damn hype about turkey though.
I would love to be one of those people who make a giant prime rib for Thanksgiving but the cheapest one I found this year was $40 and wouldn't have been big enough to feed more than 2 people.
Good sports documentaries on Netflix. Watched The 16th Man last night. If anyone enjoyed Invictus they'd like that one.
