No. The 800 number is a toll free number. There's no cell phone number on that card(I even did a reverse phone search on whitepages.com), so leave the cell phone spot blank. It should say cell or mobile. Or have some picture which indicates that it is. If there isn't one of those, assume that it's not a cell phone. To input the 800 number, use the add feature below the fax line. Either use Work or Other for that.
