I'm trying to create a survey about horror films for a group project at school. I want to ask workers questions such as what horror films have they seen, how many they have seen, what their favorite horror movies are, how much time they spend watching horror, what do they like about horror, and what are their favorite horror film producers and directors, and maybe some more questions of these kinds.

So how can I pull this off? I'm new here, so try to explain it like you would to a 5 year old. I have about a week and a half to do this.

    Thank You.

Okay. Once I do that, how can I make it so that people can take it and earn money on Turk? I've taken surveys on Turk before, but not in a while because I've been busy with school. I kinda forgot here :(

Do you have a Mechanical Turk Requester account and an Amazon Payments account?

Well, is the Requester account a different account than what I use to do other HITs with?
I was able to log in as both a Worker and a Requester using the same login info.

Have you tried to use the Requester User Interface (RUI) provided by Mechanical Turk website? It sounds that you need a few text input in your survey, which can be easily supported in RUI.

The RUI is in the Requester webpages, use the tab "Create".
