Have you contacted Amazon to find out why you were suspended? It might take a couple of days (especially over the weekend), but I do believe they respond to such inquiries and if it's because of blocks, they'll let you know who blocked you so you can try to contact them and get them reversed. I've never been suspended so I'm not 100% sure on that, but I'm pretty sure they will at least tell you why you were suspended. I don't see why they would suspend over your approval rate, 96% is not that bad. However, not all blocks result in an email from Amazon and sometimes it takes awhile after getting blocked for them to suspend an account, so it's possible you got blocked and didn't know it and you're just now getting suspended. Seems like Amazon has jumped into spring cleaning mode lately.
