hummm...I'm convinced that "Andy" is just the go through for the advertisers on the upworthy and he only doesn't pay out when they don't. Considering the advertiser on that one. I feel it's pretty safe, but mine expired (I don't know how I let that happen, I looked at the timer at 6 min. and then it was expired, too strange)
I always refresh when I don't get a video until I do, but I think some of them actually don't. I hate to take the chance though.
