Their (rather quick) response to my tirade:

I'm sorry for the confusing AC. It was supposed to refer to the beginning of the final question itself "Have you read questions carefully?" not the death penalty question. I can see why that was confusing though, and I'm sorry it caused you to return the HIT

Yeah there is alot that looks to good to be true when you first start turking. Avoiding scammers is def number uno on mturk. You would think it being through Amazon it would be more legit. Their screening process is next to non existent when they let new requesters post work.

I've Accepted 4 HITs only to get 2 or 3 minutes in and return them for lack of motivation and inability to concentrate. Safe to say it's time for bed. Night all.

Well I got a really late start Turking today. I normally start in the morning, but I had a meeting this morning so I didn't get to start until late afternoon. Now it is time to call is quits because I keep dozing off. made $33 today and 95% of it was from some good batches. I don't think that is too bad for getting such a late start.

Some batches that help me: Amazon Requester Inc (categorize amazon products. You do have to have a qualification though. I am not sue how they are doing the qualification thing now. If you have the qualification I would recommend to keep checking for these. I made $12 in an hour off of these)

Sofia Wright: She post batches where you rewrite a sentence about planning a vacation. It is very easy and she always seems to approve the hits. I have never had a rejection. Pay rate is .15-.21.)

I hope these may help some of you. Have fun earning money, I have to go to sleep. Good Luck everyone!

UPDATE - he reversed rejection and approved. Here is his reasoning/reply: Yeah, apologies, this was more my fault. Amazon was contacted to reverse this hit rejections.
