Sometimes I come across Hits that state that are specifically created to be completed by a certain Mturker only - showing his/her number. Where can I check my number (just in case )....
I want to know this as well. How do you find your worker ID Number? (And why can't we search a requester name?)
OK, well you guys owe me big for this one, especially you Andy!, but here it goes: If You want to know your worker ID# , go here: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/requestqualification?qualificationId=4ARC6YYKDYVYYZYQ0XMZ They will reply with your ID.
thanks I was wondering that too, but I figured it out from a reply from an email I had sent to an employer...its on the automated email sent to you from Amazon. This way is easier tho
I have always wondered that as well the only thing I could seem to find about it was A qualification that sent the number to your email but i haven't gotten it yet. The should have that on the FAQ
Thank you Morrisey... now i will know for sure that the hits that say "This is only for worker AZS831ZA...." are not for me.
Speaking of, I wish Amazon would update their HIT system so that it would be easier to create HITs for a certain person which only get shown to that worker. You can do it using the qualification system, but you have to use special tools, custom programming or a third-party website like HIT-builder.com to set up qualifications. There's no way to manage qualifications in the HIT creation wizard Amazon provides, that I've seen anyway, so few requesters bother to take advantage of the feature.
