    Forgot this one in my last post:

    7) Would prohibit hits for $0.00.

    Maybe some workers just want to beef up their score, but it doesn't make sense why someone would work for free. It just seems unethical to me.

    ..it can be private work, qualification work, $0.005 per HIT.. :)

    I've encountered sites on the web that create work for their users via Mturk and pay them using other means, and those guys don't add any reward on mturk for obvious reasons.

    The $0.00 HITs are for private workers .... and will give payment as bonus. Some are for charity...

    If anyone is willing to work for free then..whatever. I figure if somebody is paying too little or nothing at all they will realize it when nobody completes their HITs ;)

    I did a hit of $0.00 - mentioned "for academic purpose". Unfortunately I didnt get any reward or in bonus.....

    I just did it as a trial. But no more...........

    Well, it did say $0.00.. And you accepted. Just like you're not obliged to hand the waiter a tip, he clearly mentioned there's no pay or bonus available and you still went for it. Common sense dude.

    I did a HIT with negative reward (-$1) ...
    and now I owe the requester $1 ... :p ;)

    Ha ha! Joke! It did not really happen.
    There are (I hope:p) no HITs with negative reward. ;)
