Hello, I am rather new to turking. In my first couple of weeks, I actually made a few dollars, but have run into a problem. I am stuck on the page where it asks you to type in the security word(In order to accept your next HIT, please type this word into the text box below for verification that you are human and not a bot. I understand the purpose of this, but I have not been able to figure out the word that I have been presented and it has led to multiple 5 minute suspensions due to so called inappropriate activity. I have tried every possible variation of the word with no luck and can find no refresh option to get a new word like you find on many other sites. I am afraid that if I continue to type in the wrong word my account will permanently suspended. I have emailed the mturk team(4 days ago) and have yet to get a response. I don't know if it's appropriate to post an actual screen shot of the word or not, but any help that I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance for your help.
