Hi all I am from India, me and few of my friends were doing mturk for past few months, in one of my frnds account he have a balance of over 37$ so today i tried to enroll his ID for withdrawl, but while enrolling i got a message like " There was a problem processing your request. We were unable to gather necessary account information. Please try again later." Does this means any problem or is there any other solutions to enroll. Please guide me as all my friends had put lots of effort in working.
dont worry it happens sometimes. its just an internal error. try the same process again and it will surely work

HI, You try again after some time. And are operating your friend's account from your system? I mean the system you are using regularly to take Mturk. If so there will be problems. SO take care of that.
With great pleasure. Mturk is a good way to make some money, but not me telling that its a way to make big money. Hope your problem of enrollment be solved soon.
Good News - The Enrollment problem is solved Hi , With regard to the problem of enrolling (uploading ID documents) posted by IndianBossy I have send a letter to Mturk Team asking a solution for the problem The letter was and Today I got the reply like this now and after a chat message from IndianBossy I got the info that he too got a reply from Mturk Team telling that, he can now upload his ID for the enrollment.
