12pm it is. I'll get on it. Thanks all. Will send out a message.

Please pm me your email or email me, and I will send you the instructions, but I need to update them so you won't get it right away.

2:30 would be my vote. I have to pick up my daughter from school at 12:15 and then take her to a private lesson for dance:/

2:30pm EST will be great for me too. Have to start preparing lunch by 11am CST. It's hard to multi-tasks between the kitchen and the laptop and the kid and the husband, phew :D

An NA box for graduation year would be awesome.. especially as leaving it blank gives red error text stating 'Please enter a valid number.' I'm sure we could probably just leave it blank but I feel better clicking NA if there's no info LOL

Can't tell you how many times I've filled out the info only to find out I forgot to "accept" the HIT in the past but I've gotten better at that now. lol.

I am getting the same thing. Also, the website I am on does not list how many medical providers that office has (though the website itself says they have multiple dentists on staff) and that box is also asking me to put a number in there. A N/A box there would be appropriate as well, unless we should just put a "1" for the known medical professional.

This isn't bad at all. The info is easy to find if it's available. I am putting down number 1 always if there isn't more than 1 doctor/dentist.

Yup most of mine have been fairly simple.. I did have one that had 47 Dr's spread out between several locations. Didn't have fun scrolling down the page counting them all LOL

the hits are easy, but take twice as long as the ones we usually have been doing, so I am kind of disappointed that their isn't a higher pay rate on these hits.

Please list the University where they received their DDS or DMD degree usually dental school or dental education.

    Residency is usually for specialization.
