So I've never done a hit for Daniel Spears, I go on today to do a hit and get the message, after I click accept: "The Requester (Dean E. Spears) has chosen to prevent you from working on any of this Requester's HITs. There are a variety of reasons for Requesters to prevent particular Workers from completing their HITs." I've not been notified of any blocks or anything, which leads me to think its hit specific. Anyone else come across this or anything? Update, I got an email from Amazon, a return email. They said that: I have reviewed your Mechanical Turk account and found that you were blocked by this requester on October 7, 2010. It appears that the requester intended to removed the block on October 14 per their message to you, however the block was never actually removed. That is crazy, so people check your accounts make sure this has not happened to you.
