I believe this question has been answered many times; if you searched here, you would have found the answer. Still, this is what needs to be done and you can find it from your 'help' tab at Mturk.

Hope this helps, if not, better to contact Mturk with your query. I have no idea if the new tax info needed has changed the procedure.

i think this is not easy for a single indian worker,,,when i try to activate my account i got an email 'your id proof rejected'.. then then i were asking to a senior member from india and he says there is some hacking needed for indian users,,,

As far as I know, your name should be the same on your documents and at Mturk. If there is a discrepancy, change your name to what is on your passport or PAN card.

Can you please tell the name of the so-called "senior member" from India who gave you this silly advice? Don't trust any half-baked advice you get via PMs, there are scammers around here trying to fool people.

Don't EVER share you mturk details like email/password with anyone. I have heard some disturbing rumors; you might lose all your earnings, your email account might get hacked etc .

Are you specifically hinting at someone here? No offense meant to anyone, but it seemed a bit ambiguous to me & so I felt I should rather ask it out & have my doubts cleared.

Sometimes there is a problem in India with the spelling of names, means they differ from document to document.

For example, on my PAN card a combination of mine and my husband's name is listed, on my bank account and passport is only my name.

My husband has several different spellings of his name on several different documents.

This could lead to confusion over at MTurk when the name doesn't match your account name.
