Has anyone been through the process of having rejections reversed? I had a mass rejection by CrowdSource. According to them, it was a glitch in the system and said it would be processed and reversed Monday. And that they would do a follow up on the reversal to make sure everything went smoothly. Has anyone been through this process? I'm kind of upset about my approval rating dropping to 98.6 %.
I got a number of rejections from one requester at once and then a few days later they were magically reversed. There was no communication between us, the requester just reversed them. But assuming the reversals go through the rejections will disappear from your dashboard and become approvals and you percentage will go back up to whatever it originally was. You'll also see a negative number next to rejections in your weekly report email.
