CC/Collin posted a HIT on 9/27. A short, questionnaire in the Mturk submit box on which brand you identify with online. No attention checks of any kind. Looking at TO he seems to have gotten all 1* ratings aside from one 5* rating which might be him as I won't be surprised. I've contacted him about his actions but I doubt he'll reply. I did go ahead and sent Amazon an email about CC/Collin defrauding Mturk workers and Amazon.

Avoid him and if you did the HIT and got rejected, leave him a 1* review.

I did the hit and got approved this morning. I did the study without even looking at the TO ratings until afterward. I was sure that I was going to get a rejection but I didn't.

I am not sure what he did that would be considered defrauding. I am not sure what the attention checks are about.. but it seems maybe there was a bug in the system since almost all the reviews came from the same day. If this person is a new requester they need to be given the chance to correct any possible mistake and it is a rush to judgement to try and convince people to leave bad reviews. I was approved this morning and intend to leave a good review.

He rejected at .75, posted a new .50 hit, rejected those too, and rejected .35 cent hits. I sincerely doubt it was a bug in the system, especially when he's was an absolutely new requester and I did several hits for new requesters that morning and all approved. His survey was 4-5 questions and zero attention checks. He even rejected people for doing it too fast... Not sure what he's thinking.

I got nailed by this guy as well. Claims I failed the attention check/duplicates, which is total BS because there were no attention checks, and if there was a duplicate question it was worded differently enough to cause me to give a different answer.

I was approved for the .50 cent one. Too bad he didn't offer more of explanation to what happened.
