The first time, compare the people posing in the pictures, is there text in the picture. Well YEAH, the person is standing in front of a BOOKCASE. I can read the titles and covers. They marked it as wrong. Or the click on the obscene picture HIT. Uh, she's wearing a flesh-toned bra. Can't see a thing. Not even bra straps as her shirt is covering the top part of her bosom. Not obscene. They marked it as wrong. But THIS, this is just above and beyond. Frickin' cheaters.
I avoid msot of their hits for thsi reason. they almost always wind up marking a ton of mine wrong (even when the answers are correct, and clearly so) and then block me from doing any more from that group. *sigh*.
I avoid Dolores Labs. The hits do not pay enough for the time you usually suck into them, and they're entirely too picky.
So far all HITs I've done from Dolores Labs were approved. Though there is one task that is really annoying which is "Copy proper organization name from website".
Dolores Labs Cheating honest turkers Does Dolores Labs just want to get out of paying turkers? I'm sick and tired of working through their long winded directions for hits and then having them rejected as inaccurate. I have emailed several times that I did not agree with their judgment, but have never received a response.
Well i only do hits or 3 people, dolores lab, photo mod (no more hits available), and my favorite produniverse, and dolores lab has not rejected maximum of my hits, so i wont count them as cheaters...
Almost the same here, just replace "some" by "most". Most of their HITs are exploitative; the pay is too low for the amount of work needed to be done.
I've done many HITs for Dolores Labs and never had any problems with my HITs being rejected. But I will admit that alot of their HITs are not worth the effort for the compensation they return.
i wonder about the payment from Dolores Labs do u need to be 90%+ to get paid and if you are 80%less do u get paid? or only the last hit that went below 80% will be rejected?
I Love Dolores Labs .There Works are awesome and Cool and didn't bothered about rejection.its very nice thing,i earned lots off money in Dolores labs.i earned $150 in yesterday by Dolores labs Works.The bad things is its very slow to approve their hits.i submitted 2300 hits in one day and they approved in 2 and 1/2 days..
I'm pretty new, but I haven't had any problems with them-besides they are low paying. Some of them I do one of and decide it's just to much work what they pay. Other times it's alright.
Jaseem---How in the world did you earn $150 in one day from Dolores Labs? Or do you mean you have been doing Dolores Labs HITs for weeks and now you have earned $150 total from them?
I was happy with DeloresLabs for awhile, and, in general, still am. However, I did one of those "verify this company's website" today, and on one page, I clicked on a link to a website that was all in Spanish. There was an option that was something like "cannot be verified" and since I don't speak Spanish and there was no Spanish-speaking qualification required for this HIT, I chose that and noted it under comments. There was no way for me to verify the name of the business if I couldn't find it in the language I speak... Naturally, it was marked wrong and now it seems I'm barred from doing ANY of those tasks.
I always choose Dolores Labs because the work is easy and the payment quick. I have had a few problems with the software telling me my question was wrong, but there is a button that you can mark telling them the situation. I have used this and have received 100% approval for them.
I also tried the same button, but never got any response, They compare our right answers with spammer's false answer and refuse to work further. Also they don't pay much. I really don't find their HIT easy, as you have to follow long instructions, and after wasting 10-15 min on their instruction they stop you from their very first HIT (some time you may reach till 10)even you have provided right answer. In my opinion they should compare answer from their own predefined answer to avoid discouraging good worker like "me"
I take Dolores Labs with a grain of salt, so to speak. What I mean is that most of their hits are too good to be true, they advertise as easy and quick when most of them require you to follow lengthy and precise directions for one cent (after having done like 5 pages of work lol). However every so often they have a hit where for me the money+time+ease = a good and lucrative hit. I've been Turking for roughly 3-4 months, that has only happened twice.
are you kidding me No offense, but you people are idiots. Go ahead and make these companies like crowdflower/doloreslabs mulimillionaires or possibly billionaires. At least you can look at your jar of pennies and be rewarded by the fact that you helped some people become enormously wealthy by being exploited by them.
