I've taken several surveys that all require you to copy a code and enter it on the mturk page at the end of the survey, however, the end page doesn't have a code. Like I just did one tonight from Jenna Clark Answer a Brief Psychological Survey and the last pafe all it said was:
We thank you for your time spent taking this survey.
    Your response has been recorded.

No code anywhere. I've had this happen before a few times and in the box to enter the code I tell them what happened and then I explain in detail their survey and questions so they know I took it but they still reject me. Has this happened to you? Is it their fault or am I really losing my mind?

Sometimes the code is on the second to last page. I have never had the problem you describe below. But I've been doing this for only 1 week now. Be sure to read everything before moving to the next page.

Yes sometimes the code is on the page before the last page and really small and other times I have had it where there was no code. In that case I always email the requester and let them know... never had any not pay me. I always take a few minutes and detail the entire survey to the requester in my email so they'll know I took the survey and didn't lie to them.

Yes, I too have had this happen, more times than I particularly like. I have yet to get a rejection by contacting the requester with my Mturk ID, which I always put in the box if no code shows up, and a brief outline of the survey so they know I in fact did do the HIT. Most have actually emailed back and said that there was a glitch and thank me for letting them know.

But I agree, a lot of times the code will be the page before the last page. And one survey I did today actually gave the code at the very beginning in the explanation and agreement page. I usually just skim that page anymore, but the code caught my eye!
