1)when will amazon allow over sea account? As far as I know: 1) Nobody knows the answer to this. 2) Google terms like "crowd sourcing" and "microtasking" and you will find plenty. (There are many already named in this forum in other threads, if you read back. 3) I am not in the US but as far as I understand a) your IP address will be a giveaway unless you can mask it successfully and b) you need to provide certain information to Amazon to get your money at some stage. A US person will tell you what this is, no doubt. Some personal identity number or such like. I don't know if you have this. I am probably not the wisest or most knowledgeable person to answer this but I didn't want you waiting for some sort of answer. The experts will be around soon, I'm sure.
